How long will it take for my orders to be shipped out?
Your orders will be processed and shipped within 4-5 working days and you will then receive an email informing you that your order has been shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! International shipping be shipped using Singpost / DHL / SF Express / Direct Link.
How long will it take for my order to reach me?
Standard Local Shipping: 1 week
Express Local Shipping: 3-4 days
International Shipping: 2-3 weeks
Do note that shipping duration are estimates provided by the couriers and does not include order processing time of 4-5 working days.
Will I be sent a tracking number?
A tracking number will be sent to you if you have selected Express Local Shipping or International Shipping.
How to track your parcel
I recommend using these sites to track your parcels:
Simply paste in the tracking number sent to you in the shipping confirmation email
Additional note : If your parcel was shipped via DHL, when the status has reached "Processing Completed at Origin" or if there are no new status updates, look for the tracking code under "Delivery by Postal provider" on the DHL tracking page and input into 17Track to track.
This will often show status updates from your local delivery service.

ITMF operates on Monday - Friday and strives to handle your queries within 24 hours.
Am I able to get a refund?
All items are final sale, unless otherwise stated. However, if you are not completely satisfied, let me know and I will work with you to make it right. If you receive an order that is damaged or contain missing items, please contact me at email@example.com and I will be happy to send you a replacement.
