Featuring a self-care themed printable set consisting of 12 memo sheets & a daily planner.

During this tough and uncertain period for all of us, I created and designed this by incorporating elements from the “Housekeeping of the Mind” print that I released previously, as I felt that it complemented the self-care theme. The main objective is to help you focus on self-care, and to help you stay inspired, productive and creative during this period. There will be 12 designs of memo sheets, each with a different purpose.

1) Positive Thoughts: This is to encourage you to focus on your positive thoughts as every thought is a seed planted in the mind, and focusing on positive thoughts encourages a healthy mind. Use this to write down your positive thoughts, and even positive affirmations, and keep them around you to keep you reminded throughout the day. You can choose to check the boxes at the side when you have said each one out loud / in your mind to re-affirm / remind yourself of them.

2) Ideas: Use this to write down your ideas whenever you feel inspired or when you have a light-bulb moment. You can choose to check the boxes at the side when you have taken action to work on your idea.

3) Inspirations: Use this to write down things that inspire you and you can refer and look back at the list to help you stay inspired. You can choose to check the boxes at the side when you have taken an inspired action.

4) Things I’ve Learned: Use this to write down new things that you have learned, be it from a book, or new knowledge from a show that you find useful to record and look back on in future. You can choose to check the boxes at the side when you have made use/implemented of any of the new things you have learned.

5) Good Habits: Use this to write down new good habits you want to incorporate into your lifestyle or existing good habits that you want to keep up with. This helps to remind you to continue doing them in the long run. You can choose to check the boxes at the side when you’ve done any of these habits in the day/week.

6) Bad Habits: Use this to write down existing bad habits that you want to break free from. This helps to remind you to stop doing them. You can choose to check the boxes at the side when you’ve resisted the urge to do any of these things (short-term) or successfully gotten rid of any of these habits (long-term).

7) Positive Feelings: This acts as an outlet / a space for you to write down your positive feelings. Writing down your feelings is proven to help you feel a lot better after that as it takes a huge load off your mind.

8) Negative Feelings: This acts as an outlet / a space for you to write down your negative feelings. Writing down your feelings is proven to help you feel a lot better after that as it takes a huge load off your mind.

9) Memories: Use this to write down memories you want to keep.

10) Self-Care Things: Use this to write down the self-care things that you want to do for yourself in the day / week, and check the boxes at the side when you have done each of them.

11 & 12) Plain Memo Sheets: One is blank and one is with lines & check-boxes! Use these to write down anything - quotes, notes, to-do’s and things you want to remind yourself of.

There will be two sizes of all the memo sheets that will be provided in the PDF, you can choose which size you want to print out depending on the size you prefer. I understand that some people might prefer a smaller sized one to incorporate in your bullet journal so I have incorporated that into the PDF. (Size Comparison in Photo)

+ A Daily Planner:
To help you start / end your day with a positive affirmation / keep you motivated with inspiring quotes, track your daily water / food intake, reflect on your mood, practice daily gratitude, acknowledge your small wins, plan your daily schedule / record down your to-do’s and to remind you to do at least one self-care thing for yourself each day.

You will receive 1x PDF file (A4 size, 300dpi & CMYK mode) containing the two different size layouts of the memo sheets + the daily planner to print at your own convenience in unlimited quantities.

You will not receive a physical copy of this.

After completing your purchase, a download link will be provided to you at your order completion page, and the same download link will also be sent to you to your email.

Then you can print them out, cut them and use at your convenience!

Note: The colors of your print might vary slightly depending on properties eg. the printer / print settings that you use. I recommend printing at the highest printer settings possible! Do not hesitate to contact me via email or Instagram should you have any queries.
